As part of its commitment to furthering knowledge management in the field of capacity building, in 2001 Bruner Foundation partnered with the Human Interaction Research Institute and the Knight, Kauffman and Meyer Foundations to create the Philanthropic Capacity Building Resources Database.

PCBR provides profiles of over 300 foundation programs which focus on capacity building.

Monitoring data shows that the site receives thousands of visits monthly and that the average length of each visit is between three and four minutes.
